Campus Fire Safety Month Proclamations

Each year, Campus Firewatch sends a letter, co-signed by people who have lost loved ones in campus-related fires,  to all 50 governors and the District of Columbia, asking them to issue proclamations recognizing September as Campus Fire Safety Month in their state.  First started in 2005, over 225 proclamations have been issued since then.

You can download the letter (Proclamation Request 2013) sent to all of the governors in January 2013 asking them to issue a proclamation which includes suggested language for a proclamation.
